Assigning depreciation by year in Power BI

Hi All -

I have what seems to be a simple concept, but it is still evading me. I have Aquisition Date, Cost and Life in months for fixed assets. I can calculate how many months of depreciation fall into Year1, Year2, etc but I would like to visualize them with Year1, Year2, etc being relative to the Year Acquired from the Acquisition Date. So for an asset acquired in 2010, Year1=2010, Year2=2011, etc. but for an asset acquired in 2015, Year1=2015, Year2=2016, etc.

I'm thinking I need to create a new table from this data with each year of depreciation being a new row? Any thoughts on an elegant way to accomplish this?
