Stacked bar chart filtering since update

Any one else having a problem with filtering between the stacked bar charts since the last update? It seems to be affecting both the desktop on web versions. I've been playing about with the data and the filtering works when I've 8392 rows of data but not when I've 8393. Its still not consistent on the categories though, some work regardless others don't work. The string length of the category doesn't seem to be a issue either. Annoyingly this issue became apparent the day before we were going to launch a new dashboard and now the whole thing is on hold.
