Oracle connection

i install power bi 64x ver. and i wana connect with oracle data base
so i follow the Instructions in this page

and download 

• 64-bit ODAC 12c Release 4 (12.1.0.2.4) for Windows x64

when i try to run the install its show me popup command screen and Disappear
