Using maximum percentage from cumulative data

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with a graph I'm trying to create for a client's dashboard. For context I've just completed a project where I've been doing multiple tests per day during the assignment. What I'm trying to do is create a line graph using imported Excel data to show the planned execution dates along the X axis and the target % of tests executed on the Y axis.

The problem we're having is that because there's multiple target percentages assigned to each day, the best option we can find so far for plotting the graph is having the percentage as an average, which causes the maximum value to fall below 100% due to the fact that there's multiple values per day. For example, the last day of testing was November 29th, but there was 10 tests on that day, so the cumulative % on that day is being divided by 10, leading to an average of 98.7% of tests executed as our maximum value on the Y axis.

Is there a way to plot this data as it is, or will I need to alter it so that it's more like total number of tests run per day?
