I'm new to Power BI an I'm working with the November Zendesk Content Package for Power BI. It includes a 'Ticket_Metrics' table with automatically calculated columns.
I've specifically isolated one of those columns below, selected the 11th row, and you can see two numbers next to calendar and business, respectively.
- Is this "Record "field containing two values some kind of Power Pivot output?
- How do I pull these two seperate numbers out and put them intot their own column?
I've tried to "Unpivot Columns" but it doesn't seperate the numerical values.
