Regional settings in Power BI App for Windows 10

Hello, we are using the Windows 10 Power BI App to share dashboards to our company final users but we ar finding some differences in numbers  regional format.

When using Power BI Service this is the result, as you can see the number has a "." (point) as decimal separator for the green percentage:



When using Power BI Desktop, the result is as follows and is the same case, we see a "." (point) as decimal indicator:



But when using the Power BI App (same machine, same regional settings as in Desktop version) we have a "," (comma) for the green percentage:



Any idea about how to solve this??? Your help will be really appreciated!!!!!
