Compare two sets (year-months) of period

Hello,

I need your advice in order to create a new report Power BI.

I want to compare data of two periods  : PERIOD_N (YearN - MonthsN) and PERIOD_M (YearM - MonthsM) when the two periods have the same level. I do not know how to procede in power BI. I try to simplify and explain my issue there.



Exemple :

PeriodN = 2015-2 and PeriodM=2016-2. (The month is not necessaly unique and same for the two year).

Because for this two periods, the level is identical => the level is A we can compare the data.

The users can use slicers and choose PeriodN et PeriodM and the results apperas as :
