Format Data and Navigate action with a selected parameter

Hi,

I have a table with data as below

ID   NAME

1      a

1      b

1      c

2      d

2      e

3      f

3      g

expected O/p using power bi as below :

ID              1       2       3

Name        a       d      f

                  b       e      g

                  c

on clicking/selecting name (a/b/c/d... etc ) it should navigate to new report and show the data related to selected name.

whether its achievable?
