Average between two date columns

Hello,

New to this, still muddling my way through learning. I have an issue i'm trying to solve.

I have been asked to retrieve some data:

Days to Hire  (For those with a date in the Hire (GO) column, what is the average days between the Date Column and the Hire (GO) column?)

Table with two date columns Hire (Go) and Hire.

What would be the best approch to this in a measure.
