Expanding Dates - File Source

Hello all.

I am trying to transform my data source from this:

Item                        Date initiated             Date concluded

XXX                         01/01/2016               04/01/2016

YYY                         04/01/2016               05/01/2016

To this:

Item                        Date

XXX                         01/01/2016

XXX                         02/01/2016

XXX                         03/01/2016

XXX                         04/01/2016

YYY                         04/01/2016

I didn't even come close to a solution.

Any thoughts?
