Calculating a percentage from two different visualizations

I am trying to figure out the best way to calculate the winshare from these two tables, meaning finding the percentage of the numbers on the right compared to the numbers on the right.  For example, looking at the total, I have the winshare would be (80/327)*100 = 24.64%.

I would like to this for each account name.  Now there may be some account names that are in the left figure but not on the right figure.  It is because the bids were not realized.

The fields that I have for the table on the left are:  Account Name (bid) and Opportunity Name (bid) - which I did a count of

The fields that I have for the table on the right are:  Account Name (realized) and Opportunity Name (realized) - which I did a count of

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
