Redshift Connector wont allow a Calculated Field on Date/Time Column

Formula for Caclulated Field

This is a very basic Month formula for a calculate column on raw column of datatype - Date/Time

Error shown when using the formula

When I pull the Calculated Column on to the sheet, it shows me the above error.

I am using Redhsift connector on DirectQuery Mode.
